WHAT IS RODIZIO?
Rodizio style restaurants are a popular dining experience that originated in Brazil. The concept involves servers bringing a variety of meats to your table on large skewers, and carving them directly onto your plate. This means that diners can try a wide range of different meats, all cooked to perfection and served hot and fresh.
In addition to the meats, most rodizio style restaurants also offer a variety of side dishes and salads to complement the meal. These can include traditional Brazilian dishes like feijão (black beans), farofa (toasted cassava flour), and pão de queijo (cheese bread), as well as more familiar items like rice, vegetables, and potatoes.
